Terms of Service

SL Digital Terms of Service are a business agreement between SL Digital LLC and you, as a prospective or current client and/or an authorized agent of a business or entity. Your payment will indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions stated on this web page.

 

General

  • SL Digital Website (sldigital.rocks) and SL Digital Store (sldigital.rocks/store) accept:

    • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    • Debit cards.

    • Apple Pay.

    Service order confirmations and payment receipts will be provided by email.

  • Email invoices accept:

    • Online bank transfers (ACH).

    • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    • Debit cards.

    • Apple Pay.

    • Google Pay.

    Service order confirmations and payment receipts will be provided by email.

  • SL Digital's responsibilities include:

    • Adherence to the solution services, subscription services, and services stated at the SL Digital Store (sldigital.rocks/store).

    • Adherence to the solution services stated at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help) if the solution service rescale option is selected by you.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Access to digital marketing data, images, information, and documents by the scheduled dates.

    Service schedules with scheduling options for service order start date and/or implementation start date are available at the SL Digital Store (sldigital.rocks/store).

    • Provision of digital marketing data, images, information, and documents pertaining to you, your business, and/or your entity.

    Service checklists to help you get started are available at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help).

    • Payment in conformance with the prices stated at the SL Digital Store (sldigital.rocks/store).

    • Payment in conformance with the installment schedules stated at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help) if the installment payment option is selected by you.

    Joint responsibilities include:

    • We will respect each other's confidentiality and proprietary information and materials.

  • A standard revision (1 round of adjustments) is client specification in an email and can include changes within the service.

    • A solution service includes 2 standard revisions (2 rounds of adjustments) for each service deliverable.

    • A subscription service includes 1 standard revision (1 round of adjustments) for each service deliverable.

    • A service includes 2 standard revisions (2 rounds of adjustments) for each service deliverable.

    If you would like additional adjustments for a service deliverable:

    Option A: You can replace a future service deliverable with a standard revision by email.

    Option B: You can request a quote for additional adjustments by email.

 

SL Digital Solutions

  • Email invoice payment option for online bank transfers is available on request at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help).

  • Email invoice payment option for installments is available on request at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help).

    Late Installments

    A grace period of 3 business days is available for late installments.

    Late fees: 2.9% of the late installments.

    Installment schedules are available at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help).

  • SL Digital Solutions renew at the same sign-up prices 7 weeks before the implementation start dates every 11 months, 7 months, or 6 months. Service order activation for renewal is available at the SL Digital Store (sldigital.rocks/store) or by email invoices.

    Three-month and 6-week solutions will not be scheduled for renewal. However, service order activation for renewal is available at the SL Digital Store (sldigital.rocks/store) or by email invoices.

    Late Renewal Payments

    A grace period of 3 business days is available for late renewal payments.

    Late fees: 2.9% of the late renewal payments.

    Service schedules with scheduling options for service order start date and/or implementation start date are available at the SL Digital Store (sldigital.rocks/store).

    Cancellation

    Renewal cancellation and solution cancellation are available by email (support@sldigital.rocks).

    Refund Policy

    SL Digital does not offer refunds for cancellation.

 

SL Digital Subscriptions

  • SL Digital Subscriptions automatically renew at the same sign-up prices 15 days before the implementation start dates every 12 months.

    Cancellation

    Renewal cancellation is available at the SL Digital Online Account (sldigital.rocks/account).

    Subscription cancellation is available by email (support@sldigital.rocks).

    Refund Policy

    SL Digital does not offer refunds for cancellation.

 

SL Digital Services

  • SL Digital Services - Website Hosting renew at the same sign-up prices 15 days before the website live dates every 12 months. Service order activation for renewal is available by email invoices.

    Hosting prices are available at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help).

    Cancellation

    Renewal cancellation is available by email (support@sldigital.rocks).

  • SL Digital Services - Website Domains renew at the same sign-up prices 15 days before the domain registration dates every 12 months. Service order activation for renewal is available by email invoices.

    Domain prices are available at the SL Digital Support Center (sldigital.rocks/help).

    Cancellation

    Renewal cancellation is available by email (support@sldigital.rocks).

  • SL Digital Service cancellation is available by email (support@sldigital.rocks).

    Refund Policy
